Uncle Bee Wins Honey Brand of the Year in UK

We have some lovely news to share: Uncle Bee has been named Honey Brand of the Year in the London & South East England Prestige Awards 2026/27.

For our family-run beekeeping business in Buckinghamshire, this is a moment to celebrate—and an opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us. Whether you have bought a jar of honey, visited the apiary or recommended Uncle Bee to a friend, you have helped our small business grow.

A proud moment for our Buckinghamshire business

Uncle Bee brings together local honey and a chance to discover the world of bees. Based in the Aylesbury area, we share our work through our products, beekeeping experiences and the conversations we have with customers.

Being recognised as Honey Brand of the Year in Buckinghamshire means a great deal to us. The Prestige Awards celebrate small and medium-sized businesses, and we are delighted to be part of the 2026/27 London & South East England programme.

Our award is specifically Honey Brand of the Year. You can find more about the programme on the Prestige Awards website.

Discover the honey behind Uncle Bee

If you are meeting Uncle Bee for the first time, our Buckinghamshire pure honey is a lovely place to start. Explore the product page for the available options and current stock, or browse the Uncle Bee shop to find something for your kitchen or a thoughtful gift.

Honey has a place in simple everyday moments: spooned over porridge, spread on toast or stirred into a dressing. Buying from a local beekeeper also gives you a connection to the people behind the jar. If you would like to know more about our honey, we are always happy to hear from you.

Meet the beekeeper and discover the bees

There is more to our story than the finished jar. For anyone curious about life at the hive, our beekeeping experience offers another way to discover Uncle Bee. Check the booking page for what is included, available dates and participation information before planning a visit.
