Hello, my name is Johnny! My beekeeping journey began over a decade ago in Romania and continued when I moved to England. Bees and beekeeping have been my lifelong passion—so much so that it's nearly all I talk about! 😅 A friend once called me Uncle Bee, and the name stuck!

 

Together with my wonderful wife, Daniela, we run a family-owned bee farm nestled in the peaceful countryside of Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire. As your friendly local beekeepers, we spend our days caring for our bees, surrounded by the calming buzz of the hives we cherish so much.

We’re devoted to producing pure, chemical-free local honey, protecting pollinators, and supporting a healthier planet. Our bees forage from wildflowers across the countryside, creating truly special raw honey that we’re proud to share—straight from our hives to your table.

To share our love for bees, we also host hands-on beekeeping experience days and workshops. Whether you're just curious or seriously thinking of becoming a beekeeper, our sessions offer the perfect way to learn, get close to the bees, and connect with nature in a meaningful way.
